1947 – 50 Camberwell School of Arts and Design under William Coldstream, Victor Pasmore and other Euston Road School associated artists.
Awarded Abbey Major Scholarship
Joined the staff of Camberwell School of Art, 1953-1982.
Moved to Norfolk in 1983.
